Checkout is not open. Billing is not live. There is no pay button. The dollar figures on this page are not a checkout.
The feed-error report is $149 output_pricing for one report of up to 2,000 variant rows, not a per-row charge. If a charge is taken later, it is delivered in that same payment request when a second pass confirms the counts match the scan. Acceptance is a correct report delivered. If that automatic check fails, the fee is refunded once and nothing is delivered. The second pass does not call the Merchant Center API. A payment that is the wrong amount, late, or otherwise not a checked output failure is queued for a person. It is not automatically refunded. Live Stripe refund calls stay off until REFUNDS_LIVE is turned on, which is separate from billing.
There is no buyer refund form. POST /v1/audit/refund is not a route. Cancelling means not starting checkout. A Stripe refund notice is applied once. A partial refund keeps the delivered report until the cumulative refund reaches the paid amount. A repeated notice of the same cumulative amount does not refund again.
On bulk categorization, rows the check cannot verify are refunded. A refund webhook is applied once. A repeated notice of the same cumulative refund does not refund again.
The audit checkout is a one-time payment, not a subscription, so there is no renewal to cancel. The monthly Feed Health plan is a stub and does not charge. Cancelling means not starting checkout. A payment that is still waiting on the bank is not treated as paid.
